Take a sip back in time to 1862, when the Daisy cocktail first quenched our ancestors’ thirst. A classic concoction blending spirit, citrus, orange liqueur, and a splash of soda water, this drink made its debut in the illustrious Professor Jerry Thomas’s bartender’s manual, “How to Mix Drinks, or The Bon Vivant’s Companion.” Originally introduced as the Brandy Daisy, this cocktail has since evolved but remains a timeless favorite. Cheers to history in a glass!
