MARION COUNTY, FL (352today.com) – On Thursday, deputies from the Marion County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) arrested an Ocala man on charges of possessing over 1,000 images of child sexual abuse material.
According to detectives, they received multiple tips from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) that several files of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) were uploaded to social media sites.
After further investigation, detectives developed 35-year-old Kenneth Sarsony as the suspect. After executing a search warrant of Sarsony’s home, they interviewed him. Deputies say he stated he didn’t know what child pornography was nor did he ever view any CSAM.
In a post on their Facebook page, MCSO says Sarsony eventually admitted to detectives that he had an ‘obsession with little girls’ and was sexually attracted to 6 and 7-year-old girls. “Sarsony also told investigators that he has always ‘wanted to touch a child,'” said the sheriff’s office.

Detectives say Sarsony created multiple fake social media accounts to collect CSAM. They say they conducted forensic analysis on three of Sarsony’s devices and found more than 1,000 videos depicting sadomasochistic abuse of children between the ages of 5 and 8.
They arrested him and charged with 20 counts of child pornography.
Due to the nature of the crimes and the statements that Sarsony made, MCSO believes it is possible he may have victimized a child. If you or someone you know was victimized by Sarsony, contact Det. Chase King at 352-368-3586.
