MARION COUNTY, FL (352today.com) – Marion County Fire Rescue (MCFR) has announced the implementation of two brand-new radio towers in Marion County.
The two towers are strategically positioned, with one constructed in Marion Oaks and the other off of Sparr Road.
MCFR says these new radio towers will “dramatically increase” radio range. They say the towers will provide clear coverage across 95% of Marion County.
MCFR says the increased radio range means clearer and more reliable radio range for all public safety agencies, including Marion County Fire Rescue, Marion County Sheriff’s Office, Ocala Police Department, and Ocala Fire Rescue.
