GAINESVILLE, FL (352today.com) – Gainesville city officials say they are considering a citywide curfew due to worsening weather and rising safety concerns as Hurricane Milton approaches.

Local leaders are assessing whether this safety measure is needed to protect both residents and emergency teams during the hurricane’s peak. With conditions likely to worsen, officials stress the need to stay updated and prepare for possible disruptions.

City leaders will hold a news conference:
