MARION COUNTY, FL (352today.com) – A 17-year-old and an 18-year-old have been arrested for their involvement in the rape of a juvenile victim.

Story

On December 29, 2024, detectives with the Marion County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) were made aware that a juvenile victim had made contact with the Lake County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO) to report a rape.

MCSO says the case involved two men, 17-year-old Jordan Audit and 18-year-old Austin Littleton.

Detectives determined that the sexual battery took place inside of Littleton’s camper, located at 13027 SE 118th Avenue Road, in Ocklawaha.

The victim told detectives that she met Audit and Littleton while at a party on December 28, 2024, during which she learned Audit had a gun.

The victim explained to deputies that Audit forced her to return to the camper with him, during which time he began to sexually batter the victim, utilizing the fear of his firearm to force her to continue.

Detectives say Littleton returned to the camper, and the two began taking turns raping the victim while the other held her down.

MCSO says the victim escaped from the camper and drove off in her vehicle while being followed by Audit and Littleton, who were trying to prevent her from leaving.

The two then caught up to the victim and cut her off from escaping. According to deputies, the two began approaching the car when the victim let out a loud scream, causing them to let her go.

Result

Audit and Littleton were brought in for interviews with MCSO detectives, who say both suspects denied the allegations made by the victim.

Physical evidence collected by MCSO during a Sexual Assault Forensic Examination (SAFE), along with digital evidence and the injuries Audit and Littleton sustained from the victim’s resistance, said otherwise.

Audit and Littleton were both placed under arrest. MCSO transported Audit to the Department of Juvenile Justice, while Littleton was transported to the Marion County Jail, where he remains without bond.
