MARION COUNTY, FL (352today.com) – NEW DETAILS: A man was arrested near Dunnellon on multiple charges including assaulting an officer.

Authorities responded to 10500 block of Highway after receiving a trespassing complaint. When they arrived, they discovered Scott Peltier was at the property, violating a warning for trespassing that was issued on Sept. 17.
