Deputies say the suspect forced entry, made himself a meal, and walked off with noodles and silverware before being taken into custody.
MARION COUNTY, FL (352today.com) – The Marion County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) reports that Deputy Mingus responded to an occupied burglary on NE 163rd Lane, where a man allegedly forced his way into a home and began cooking.
According to the victim, Kevin Wilkerson had previously been told to leave the property but returned and broke through a locked rear door. He reportedly entered the kitchen, began preparing food, and refused to leave when confronted. Wilkerson eventually exited the home with a bowl of noodles and silverware. He was found nearby, arrested, and taken to jail.
