OCALA, FL (352today.com) – On Wednesday, June 25, Congresswoman Kat Cammack announced on her Facebook page that she was forced to evacuate her offices following what she described as “imminent death threats” against herself, her unborn child, her family, and her staff.
“These threats erupted after the Wall Street Journal reported on my life-threatening ectopic pregnancy, a nonviable pregnancy with no heartbeat,” said Cammack, who represents Florida’s Third Congressional District, which includes Marion, Alachua, Levy, and Gilchrist counties.

Cammack says her offices have since received thousands of hate-filled messages and dozens of credible threats from pro-abortion activists. Law enforcement agencies are actively investigating.
“In light of recent violence against elected officials, these threats are taken very seriously,” she said.
Her offices in Ocala and Gainesville remain closed.
