CRYSTAL RIVER, FL (352today.com) – Luxe Style Magazine, Luxe Style Fashion Week and Candice Christian come together to host the 7th Annual Mr. and Miss Scarecrow Pageant. The pageant will be taking place on Oct. 11 from 8 – 10 a.m. at 1601 SE US Hwy 19 Crystal River, FL.
The pageant is open to boys and girls of all ages with an entry fee of $60. This is a one category beginner pageant with over 20 crowns and titles for everyone to leave with confidence, poise and their own crown.
This year has a lot to offer with $25,000 in awards and scholarships and the opportunity for participants to learn new skills in pageantry or for practice. The winners will also have the opportunity to walk in New York Fashion Week with Luxe Style Fashion Week in February as well as the Citrus County Christmas Parade.
The Scarecrow Pageant is a fundraiser for the Citrus County Abuse Shelter Association, also known as Casa Citrus, a non-profit organization with the goal of helping domestic violence victims and their children. Participants will take part in a fun show of character and pageantry while giving back to the community.
