SUMTER COUNTY, FL (352today.com) – Early spring is fair season in the Sunshine State–mostly because there’ll be too much sunshine before too long–and a couple of the 352’s best-loved annual county fairs are headed our way in short order.

First up is the Sumter County Fair, which sets up in Bushnell for 10 days of rides, questionable food choices and community outreach March 6-15, 2026.

Beyond the obvious attractions (read: deep-fried everything and the Tilt-A-Whirl), other highlights include youth livestock shows, live concerts and entertainment, art competitions and exhibits, and a series of Count Service Showcases that offer the public an opportunity to learn more about their community resources and to meet and interact with members of the Sumter County Board of County Commissioners.
