OCALA, FL (352today.com) – Todd Rundgren, the revered songwriter, producer and performer who’s been active, innovative and influential in American music and culture for more than half a century, has announced an Ocala stop on his upcoming “Damned If I Do” summer tour.

He and his band will perform at the Circle Square Cultural Center on Sunday, June 28, 2026.

Based on what information we could find, this will be Rundgren’s first-ever live show in Ocala proper.

From timeless early hits like “Hello It’s Me,” “I Saw the Light” and the oft-covered “Can We Still Be Friends” through producing songs and albums for the likes of Patti Smith, Cheap Trick, Hall & Oates, Meat Loaf and countless others, Rundgren’s influence on contemporary rock and pop sounds is both indelible and unarguable.

His upcoming tour, which features a full rock band-style ensemble, promises to deliver fan favorites as well as deep cuts from throughout his career.

“It’s always a challenge for me because my audience is so diverse,” said Rundgren in an announcement. “I never know what they’re in the mood for. I want to make sure we have all the musical ammunition we need to satisfy the spectrum.”

Tickets for the Ocala show will go on sale Friday, March 27 at 10 a.m., though fans in the know can pick up ’em up early at the artist presale via Rundgren’s website by using password code VICTORY26. Ticket prices range from $65 to $195.
