GPD releases video of arrest of man who they say stole an excavator, causing chaos and destruction | VIDEO

GPD posted a minute and a half long edited video on their Facebook page which shows body camera footage of the arrest of 47-year-old Jesse Charles Smith inside the Butler Plaza Walmart where police say he created his own entrance using a stolen excavator.
