OCALA, FL (352today.com) – David Davison of Ocala is celebrating a big win after claiming a $1 million prize from the Florida Lottery’s 500X THE CASH Scratch-Off game. He claimed his winnings at the Gainesville District Office on April 18 and opted for a one-time, lump-sum payment of $640,000.
Davison purchased the lucky $50 ticket at the 7-Eleven located at 8230 S.E. Maricamp Road in Ocala.
The 500X THE CASH Scratch-Off game offers a top prize of $25 million—the largest ever for a Florida Scratch-Off—and boasts more than $1.66 billion in cash prizes. The game has overall odds of winning at 1-in-4.23.
