MARION COUNTY, FL (352today.com) – The weather has been remarkably unpredictable so far this summer, what with sometimes showering in the afternoon, and sometimes just hanging on the verge of a thunderstorm for, oh, like three days or so.
According to the National Weather Service, North Central Florida’s Fourth of July Weekend will almost certainly be a wet one. Those 30-40 percent rain chances are gone, replaced with odds closer to 80 percent. At least it won’t be sweltering when we’re standing with thousands of other people waiting for the rockets’ red glare.
