OCALA, FL (352today.com) – Downtown Ocala lights up with activity every first Friday of the month through May from 6-9 p.m. for the First Friday Art Walk, a cultural experience that celebrates creativity at no cost.

On Friday, Feb. 2, families strolled through Ocala’s historic downtown where more than 30 artists showcased their work.

Not just an art exhibition, the First Friday Art Walk is a chance to connect with the artists themselves. Engage in conversation, learn about their inspiration, and perhaps even commission a piece that speaks to you.

Those who attended experienced live entertainment, participated in family-friendly art activities, and enjoyed the extended hours of the local boutiques and eateries.

When you go, collect a map at the Ocala Downtown Square for a self-navigated tour for a night filled with local talents and the charm of downtown Ocala.

The youngest artists enjoyed making Valentine’s Day cards at the 93.7 K-Country booth. Morning radio show hosts Mr. Bob & Kathy loved seeing their smiling faces and chatting with their parents.

93.7 K-Country is 352today’s sister station.
