Questions on the survey include asking Alachua County residents what they believe to be the strengths of living and working in the county.
In addition, the survey asks what residents want the celebration to be, with ideas such as community events, performances, festivals and visual art exhibits all possibilities.
The county also wants input on where the celebrations should take place. The University of Florida campus and downtown Gainesville were both listed as options.
The deadline to submit the survey is Monday, August 5, at noon.
