Here are some other important dates coming up

On Friday, Oct. 27, the Gators will head to Jacksonville for an exhibition game against Georgia starting at 6:30 p.m.  The game will be held at 121 Financial Ballpark. You can buy tickets here.

They’ll also host Stetson at home for another exhibition game on Nov. 5., set to start at 2 p.m. And that’s not all, they’ll have their Orange and Blue Series scheduled for November 10 thru 12. The start time will be announced later.

And later on, Florida will officially kick off its 2024 season at home in February with a three-game series against St. Johns. If you’d like to see their entire schedule, click here.

Florida’s team is not one you want to miss. Just last month, the program was ranked 4th in the country for their recruiting class in the early signing period. The program says in the last 15 years, they have produced 11 top-five classes.

Not only do they have some new, great additions to help contribute to the program’s success, but last year, Florida’s 2023 squad had a phenomenal season. Many records were broken during the team’s 2023 season. According to Gators baseball records, the team won 54 games including making an appearance in the Men’s College World Series. And that wasn’t all, the Orange and Blue claimed many other achievements last season.

“The Gators won their 16th SEC Championship, claimed their 15th NCAA Regional Title and posted 50 victories for the seventh time ever,” shared the program.

In addition to that, they set a single-season program record with 145 home runs.
