BELLEVIEW, FL (352today.com) – The City of Belleview has expanded its public notification system with the addition of a new keyword, BELLEVIEWPD, allowing the public to receive real-time updates from the Belleview Police Department directly through text or email notifications.

By texting BELLEVIEWPD to 38276, subscribers can register to receive important information from the Police Department, including public safety alerts, emergency notifications, street closures, and other critical updates affecting the community.

The City’s notification system provides timely information on a variety of topics through both text and email, supporting Belleview’s commitment to public safety, transparency, and proactive community engagement. Residents can register at belleviewfl.org by selecting the “Notify Me” option or enroll using the City’s text-to-join feature.

Belleview Police Chief Terry Holland emphasized the importance of the new keyword in strengthening communication between the Police Department and the community.
