BELLEVIEW, FL (352today.com) – At the June 3, 2025, City Commission meeting, the City of Belleview officially proclaimed the week of June 2–6, 2025 as Code Enforcement Officer Appreciation Week, recognizing the vital work of those who uphold municipal codes and ordinances that directly impact public health, safety, and the overall quality of life.

Code enforcement officers play a key role in ensuring local regulations related to property maintenance, land use, building safety, signage, and environmental standards are followed. These standards help preserve property values, support neighborhood stability, and protect the long-term vision for the City’s growth and development. In Belleview, code enforcement is a critical component of the City’s commitment to clean, safe, and well-managed public and private spaces.
