BELLEVIEW, FL (352today.com) – The City of Belleview is now accepting vehicle/trunk registration requests from local organizations for the 2025 Trunk or Treat, powered by Gary Yeoman’s Ford. This year’s event will take place on Saturday, October 25, 2025, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Lake Lillian.
Trunk or Treat offers a fun, family-friendly environment where local businesses, organizations, and individuals can come together for a safe, enjoyable Halloween experience. Participants are invited to reserve a 10’ x 20’ space to set up a vehicle and tent, decorate their space in a spooky, yet family-friendly theme, and hand out individually wrapped candy to children in the area.
This popular event continues to grow every year, so early registration is strongly encouraged. With limited spaces available, those who register early will ensure they don’t miss out on this opportunity to be part of one of Belleview’s largest events with over 10,000 attendees each year.
There is no cost to participate for the public, and in addition to the trunk displays, guests enjoy a variety of free activities including a DJ, a haunted hayride, inflatables and foam pumpkin decorating courtesy of the Orange Blossom Gardens Lions Club and the Ft. King Lions Club of Ocala. Families can also enjoy delicious options from a selection of on-site food trucks.
Robert Vass, Events and Promotions Manager for the City of Belleview, emphasized the significance of the event and its connection to the community, stating, “Lake Lillian has long been the heartbeat of Belleview’s community events, and Trunk or Treat is no exception. This event has grown into one of our signature occasions, offering a special opportunity for local organizations and businesses to interact directly with families while enjoying a fun and festive night. The support from our community, including our valued partner Gary Yeoman’s Ford, helps make this event possible. I encourage everyone to register early to ensure they don’t miss out on this incredible experience. We expect an even bigger turnout this year.”
To secure a spot for your vehicle/trunk, organizations should visit www.belleviewfl.org/172/local-events and complete their registration. Remember, spaces are limited, so be sure to register early to secure your spot and be part of the fun.
