CITRUS COUNTY, FL (352today.com) – The Citrus County Sheriff’s Office (CCSO) has issued a bulletin for another missing teen.

Deputies say 16-year-old Angel Minsal was reported missing on Thursday, June 20. He was last seen around midnight in the area of Homosassa.

His reported disappearance came a day after deputies issued a bulletin about the disappearance of 15-year-old Kevin Donell.

Deputies say Minsal was wearing a white shirt and red shorts at the time of his disappearance.

Minsal has multiple tattoos on his hands and arms. The tattoos say FEAR GOD, FEAR NONE and a skull on his right arm/hand, and 1991, money bag, and TB on his left arm/hand.
