BELLEVIEW, FL (352today.com) – The City of Belleview invites residents, families, and community groups to take part in a Community Cleanup Day on Saturday, April 25, 2026, from 9 a.m. to noon. Volunteers will join city staff in beautifying the area along SE 102nd Place as a community service initiative in honor of the Fourth of July.

This event reflects the city’s continued commitment to environmental stewardship, civic pride, and community engagement. By coming together to remove litter and improve public spaces, participants will help preserve Belleview’s natural beauty while contributing to a cleaner, healthier environment for all residents.

All necessary cleanup materials, including safety vests, gloves, and supplies, will be provided by the city. Volunteers are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes.

Participants are asked to register in advance at belleviewfl.org/172/local-events to help ensure adequate supplies and coordination. Parking for the event will be available at the Old Publix Plaza, located at 10133 S. U.S. HWY 441.

“This cleanup is a great opportunity for our community to come together, give back, and take pride in where we live,” said Robert Vass, Community Engagement Liaison for the City of Belleview. “By volunteering a few hours of service, residents can make a lasting impact while honoring the spirit of unity and service that defines our nation.”

The city encourages individuals, families, civic organizations, and local businesses to participate and make a difference. For more information, please visit belleviewfl.org or contact the city at rvass@belleviewfl.org.
