BELLEVIEW, FL (352today.com) – The City of Belleview has officially opened vendor registration for the 2025 Founder’s Day Celebration, set for Saturday, May 3, 2025. The event, marking 140 years since the city’s founding, will take place from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Lake Lillian and promises a day filled with entertainment, food, and family-friendly activities.
One of the city’s largest annual events, Founder’s Day will feature live music, inflatable games, crafts, a hayride, and a bustling vendor marketplace showcasing local businesses, artists, and crafters. Food trucks will offer a variety of culinary options, while a new addition this year, the Gregg Smith Automotive Car Show, will benefit the United Way of Marion County and highlight classic, modern, and specialty vehicles.

Vendor spaces are available for $50 plus tax for a 10-by-10-foot area, providing businesses and organizations an opportunity to connect with the community. Registration is open to non-food truck vendors at the city’s website.
“This year’s Founder’s Day is especially meaningful as we celebrate 140 years of Belleview’s history and growth,” said Robert Vass, Events and Promotions Manager for the City of Belleview. “This event is not only a celebration of our past but also a showcase of the talent, creativity, and generosity within our community. The addition of the Gregg Smith Automotive Car Show is a fantastic way to enhance the experience while giving back to the United Way of Marion County. Whether you’re a vendor, participant, or attendee, there’s something for everyone.”
The City of Belleview encourages vendors to register early, as space is limited. For more information about the event or sponsorship opportunities, contact Vass at rvass@belleviewfl.org.
