OCALA, FL (352today.com) – The City of Ocala Cultural Arts Division is showcasing five new visual art exhibitions through its Art in City Spaces program. The program offers artists and arts organizations the opportunity to exhibit work in public spaces while engaging and enriching the Ocala community with diverse and dynamic artwork.

Art in City Spaces features rotating exhibitions every four to six months in five indoor city galleries located throughout Ocala. All exhibitions are free and open to the public.

The following exhibitions are now on display at various city locations:

2025 Student and Emerging Artist Competition: Techne
Ocala City Hall, 110 SE Watula Ave.
An open themed group exhibition featuring Marion County high school students and emerging artists with up to six years of experience. A public reception and awards ceremony will be held on Jan. 13 from 5:30 to 7 p.m.

Geometric Abstractions by Ro Martinez
Mary Sue Rich Community Center at Reed Place, 1821 NW 21st Ave.

Natural Forces by Carlynne Hershberger
Clerk’s Office inside City Hall, 110 SE Watula Ave.

Bodies of Water by Rebecca Pujals Jones
