OCALA, FL (352today.com) – In a landmark deal for the local industrial real estate market, HLI Partners successfully brokered a long-term lease for Cordell Doors at Airport Logistics Park.
The new facility, located at 2667 SW 60th Ave., spans an impressive 112,590 square feet, making it Ocala’s largest industrial lease of the year. This move represents a nearly threefold expansion for Cordell Doors, previously operating out of a 38,480-square-foot facility.

Cordell Doors is set to occupy the state-of-the-art warehouse on Dec. 1, 2024, further establishing Ocala’s reputation as a key hub for manufacturing and logistics.
“HLI Partners is excited to help Cordell Doors expand their footprint into this brand-new 112,590-square-foot facility, marking a significant milestone in the company’s long-term commitment to Ocala, a vibrant hub for manufacturing and logistics within the Sunshine State,” says Josh Lipoff, Principal at HLI Partners. “We look forward to supporting Cordell Doors’ success in our community, as they are poised to create many new jobs, contributing to the local economy and community development.”
The lease was a collaborative effort among several parties. HLI Partners represented Cordell Doors, with CBRE’s Senior Vice President, Rian Smith, acting on behalf of the landlord, Leon Ocala Holdings, LLC.
“It was a pleasure to work on another successful transaction with the ownership team,” says Smith. “This time, we had the opportunity to collaborate with Joe and Josh, along with their client, Cordell Doors, to secure a long-term lease that aligns with their growth and business objectives.”
Additional contributors included Boyd Mox Industrial Development, represented by Rachel Edwards Gibbs and Thad Boyd, and Michael Shealy of Leon Ocala Holdings, LLC.
