MARION COUNTY, FL (352today.com) – The Marion County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) is asking for the public’s help in identifying a man they believe may be connected to the recent theft of a utility vehicle.
According to MCSO, deputies responded to the 6600 block of NW 73rd Lane following a report of a stolen 2025 Kawasaki Mule side-by-side, valued at approximately $12,000. The victim told deputies the vehicle was taken from the property without permission.
During the investigation, Deputy McManus obtained surveillance footage showing a man walking in the area around the time of the theft. The individual was reportedly going door-to-door asking for work. Based on the footage and witness reports, Detective French believes the man may have information relevant to the case and would like to speak with him.
Anyone who recognizes the man in the surveillance photo is urged to contact the Marion County Sheriff’s Office at 352-732-9111.
