Joseph Andrade was pulled over for speeding and a headlight violation; deputies discovered his license was suspended due to a prior DUI.
MARION COUNTY, FL (352today.com) — A man with a history of driving violations is behind bars after a traffic stop in Marion Oaks.
Marion County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) Deputy Salgado pulled over a silver Jeep on Marion Oaks Pass after noticing the vehicle speeding and missing a headlight. The driver, identified as Joseph Andrade, was found to be driving with a suspended license due to a prior DUI.
A check through the Florida Crime Information Center (FCIC) confirmed Andrade also had previous convictions for driving with a suspended or revoked license.
He was arrested at the scene and taken to the Marion County Jail.
