OCALA, FL (352today.com) – Dunkin’ recently showed its appreciation to Ocala Fire Rescue for their swift and professional response to a small fire at one of the city’s Dunkin’ stores in late June. Thanks to firefighters’ quick action, the fire was safely extinguished with no injuries or damage reported.
As a gesture of gratitude, Dunkin’s Community Cruiser paid a visit to the fire station at 505 NW Martin Luther King Jr. Ave. on Tuesday, treating the crew to coffee, donuts, branded swag, and gift cards. The company said it was a small way to thank the local heroes who “saved the day.”
Ocala Fire Rescue shared their thanks, saying, “Thank you so much, Dunkin’ of Ocala, for going above and beyond by bringing the Dunkin’ cruiser to us! While it wasn’t necessary, we truly appreciated it. The coffee, refreshments, and donuts were all fantastic. However, the highlight was definitely getting to know your enthusiastic staff, who not only came to us but also brought delicious treats along with plenty of smiles.”
