Marion County Sheriff's Deputy says driver showed signs of impairment; breath test registered .106.
DUNNELLON, FL (352today.com) — A traffic crash in Dunnellon ended with one driver in jail after deputies say he was driving under the influence.
According to the Marion County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO), Deputy Young responded to the crash on E. Pennsylvania Avenue and noticed one of the drivers, Allen Svilhik, showing signs of impairment. Following a DUI investigation, Svilhik was placed under arrest.
At the Marion County Jail, he provided a breath sample of .106, which is over Florida’s legal limit of .08.
No serious injuries were reported in the crash.
