DUNNELLON, FL (352today.com) – Faith and music will come together in Dunnellon this spring as Wayfest returns with a full afternoon of Christian music, local performers and community gathering. The free event invites residents to bring a lawn chair or blanket and enjoy live performances from noon to dusk on Saturday, March 14, 2026.
Wayfest 2026, a Christian music festival, will take place at 9800 SW 140th Ave. in Dunnellon and will feature a lineup of regional and local artists. Organizers say the event is designed to bring the community together through faith-centered music and fellowship.
Headlining the festival is Warren Peay, known for his appearance as a Top 8 finalist on “American Idol.” Peay has also collaborated with artist Zach Williams on the song “Sunday’s Comin.” His performance will serve as the festival’s featured act.
Special guest Lindy Bryson, an up-and-coming Christian artist booked by Vision Artist Agency, is also scheduled to perform. Several local artists will also take the stage throughout the day, including Kendal Dean, Bubba, Rebekah and Tami from Dunnellon Community Church, and Crossroads, along with other performers.
The event will also feature food trucks and portable restrooms on site. While admission is free, organizers ask attendees to bring lawn chairs or blankets for seating. Coolers will not be permitted.
As the sun sets over Dunnellon, Wayfest aims to leave attendees with more than just music–offering a shared moment of community, inspiration and celebration of faith.
