ALACHUA COUNTY, FL (352today.com) – As part of ongoing milling and paving operations on U.S. 441 (State Road 20), overnight detours at the I‑75 interchange are necessary for resurfacing work Sunday, March 29, 2026, through Thursday, April 2, 2026, weather and unforeseen circumstances permitting.
Closures scheduled nightly from 6 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. Sunday, March 29 through Thursday, April 2:
- U.S. 441 ramp to I‑75 North closed: Drivers will follow posted detour signs along NW 173rd Street to access the next available northbound entrance to I‑75.
- U.S. 441 ramp to I‑75 South closed: Drivers will detour via NW 173rd Street or NW 140th Street and follow signage to reach an alternate southbound on‑ramp.
- I‑75 South ramp to U.S. 441 closed: Drivers will continue south and exit at County Road 236, following posted detour signs to access U.S. 441.
Drivers should plan for delays and follow all posted detour signs through the work zone.
