OCALA, FL (352today.com) – With recovery underway from Hurricane Helene, the last thing Florida’s Gulf Coast communities need is another storm to come through.

It looks like Hurricane Milton could be upon the 352 by Wednesday.  Currently, Milton is a tropical storm in the southwestern Gulf of Mexico expected to strengthen into a hurricane by early Monday morning.

The National Hurricane Center says that the system is moving north-northeast at 3 mph with projected landfall south of Tampa by early Wednesday morning.
