CITRA, FL (352today.com) – In December, it was announced via Facebook that Flyers Cafe, a Philadelphia Flyers-themed Italian-American restaurant in Citra, will be featured on an episode of a docuseries called Florida Eats.

Never heard of Florida Eats? It’s understandable, as the upcoming docuseries is currently in the production phase of its first season. Campbell Rising, the managing company behind the show, has not specified when the show will be released as filming continues past its posted release date of Fall 2024.

The docuseries will consist of 100 episodes, each showcasing the stories and flavors of over 100 unique restaurants across Florida.

Flyers Cafe expressed their excitement on social media, writing, “This exciting docuseries has chosen us to be part of only 100 of the 40,000-plus eateries across the state of Florida.”

The cafe is inviting community members to take part in the filming of their episode on Saturday, Jan. 18.

The exact filming time is yet to be announced, but Flyers Cafe emphasized their gratitude to their patrons. “Your support has always been the heart of what we do, and we can’t wait to share our story with the world,” they shared.
