OCALA, FL (352today.com) – Gentle Carousel Miniature Horse Therapy’s Black and White Gala fundraiser on Saturday night doubled as a 20th birthday for its horse Magic, perhaps the most decorated therapy animal in the nation.
Folks from across the region and beyond got dressed up in their monochromatic best and gathered at On Top of the World’s Circle Square Cultural Center on Saturday, October 10, 2026, for dinner, live and silent auctions and a performance by three of Nashville’s most successful songwriters—Brent Maher (The Judds, Elvis, Dolly Parton, Willie Nelson), Billy Montana (Garth Brooks, Lee Brice) and Leslie Satcher (Vince Gill, George Strait).
K-Country 93.7 FM’s own Lewis Stokes handled emcee duties, while the Marion County Memorial Honor Guard provided a color guard and Ocala Mayor Ben Marciano offered a prayer and a proclamation in Magic’s honor.
It truly was a “Magic” evening that raised thousands for a worthy cause. Check out our photos below!
