CITRUS/LEVY COUNTY, FL (352today.com) – We don’t yet know just how many businesses Hurricane Idalia destroyed. But we do know a lot of people suddenly, unexpectedly find themselves unemployed.

For anyone who is now out of work due to Hurricane Idalia, CareerSource Citrus Levy Marion’s (CareerSource CLM) mobile career center will be available starting tomorrow to provide FREE help searching for jobs.

CareerSource CLM staff will also be on hand providing assistance filing for unemployment compensation, Supplemental Nutritional Assistance Program (SNAP-formerly known as food stamps) and other employability services. The mobile center is equipped with computer workstations, internet access and office equipment.

Mobile services will also be available at the chamber from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. the following week, from Monday, Sept. 4 (Labor Day) through Friday, Sept. 8.

Levy County:

Cedar Key

In addition, the mobile career center will be available from Monday, Sept. 4 (Labor Day) through Friday, Sept. 8 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Inglis Town Hall, 135 Hwy 40 W., in Inglis.
