OCALA, FL (352today.com) – Fall was in the air for November’s First Friday Art Walk (FFAW), featuring a diverse array of local artists and live performances in Downtown Ocala.
The Fort King Middle School marching band brought an energetic performance, drawing crowds of proud parents and community members to the downtown square.
Meanwhile, musical duo Gypsy Sparrow provided entertainment throughout the night.

Local and regional artists showcased their unique creations, including Hillary Waltrip’s distinctive pieces and Peruvian artist Gabriela Nunez’s paintings and cards. Dawn Moberly’s hand-painted tiles attracted steady streams of visitors, while Sharon Dolce’s animal-themed artwork proved particularly popular among attendees.
Notable displays included Lilii Hart’s booth, daughter of former NFL star and owner of Healthy Harts, Clinton Hart, and Gaby’s handmade polymer clay earrings.
The event demonstrated the rich artistic diversity within the Ocala community, from traditional paintings to contemporary crafts for all ages to enjoy.
The next FFAW is scheduled for December 6, 2024, promising another evening of art, music, and community connection in Downtown Ocala.
