OCALA, FL (352today.com) – On Saturday, car enthusiasts and families gathered for a beautiful day at the Ocala Police Department’s annual “Cops & Cars” event, held at the department’s headquarters on S. Pine Ave.

The family-friendly event featured an impressive outdoor showcase of vehicles ranging from classic cars to muscle cars, many restored and customized.

The “Cops & Cars” show has become a local favorite, drawing people of all ages to admire a variety of vehicles while enjoying food trucks, music, and activities for kids.

In addition to the car displays, attendees had the opportunity to connect with law enforcement officers in a relaxed setting, fostering a positive community atmosphere.

The highlight of this year’s event was the debut of the Power Wheels Kids Car Show, where children displayed their own battery-operated vehicles.

The Ocala Police Department organized the event to benefit CASA of Marion County, a nonprofit that supports children in need.
