OCALA, FL (352today.com)—Motorists traveling away from Ocala during the late night hours tonight and tomorrow may encounter slight traffic delays caused by lane closures.
The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) reports that two lanes on southbound I-75 near Mile Marker 311 in Sumter County will close for bridge maintenance work over Gum Slough.

The closure will take effect on the evenings of Wednesday, March 26, and Thursday, March 27, from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m.
FDOT reports that delays are likely around this time, and reminds motorists to remain alert around construction zones.
