Alachua County

An evacuation order has been issued for the following:

  • Mobile and manufactured homes
  • Recreational vehicles
  • Low lying areas
  • Any structure not capable of withstanding tropical storm force winds or greater

Citrus County

A mandatory evacuation is effective today at 2 p.m. for the following:

  • Evacuation zone A
  • Mobile and manufactured homes
  • Any structure not capable of withstanding tropical storm force winds or greater

Dixie County

Evacuations started at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, September 25, for these areas:

  • All coastal communities including Suwannee, Horseshoe Beach, Jena, and the immediate surrounding areas
  • Mobile and manufactured homes
  • Recreational vehicles
  • Low lying areas
Hernando County

Hernando County is under a mandatory evacuation order for the following:

  • Evacuation zones A, B, and C
  • Residents living in coastal and low-lying areas
  • Mobile and manufactured homes

Levy County

A mandatory evacuation order is in effect countywide for:

  • RV parks
  • Mobile and manufactured homes
  • Coastal communities
  • Low-lying areas

Levy County Emergency Management says that evacuations should be completed by Wednesday, Sept. 25, at 6 p.m.
