OCALA, FL (352today.com) – UPDATE, 12:41 p.m.: Shortly after 11 a.m. Tuesday morning, the Marion County Sheriff’s Office sent out a media advisory indicating Mark Walker had been found and was safe. No further information was provided.

ORIGINAL, 6:58 a.m.: The Marion County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) is asking you to be on the lookout for a man considered missing and endangered.

Deputies say 56-year-old Mark Walker was last seen on Monday, April 8, around 6:00 p.m.

They say he was last seen leaving his home in the 900 blk of NW 45th Pl. in Ocala.

Deputies say he took off on a green 4-wheeler and was dressed in a black shirt and grey shorts at the time.

“Mark has been making concerning statements over the past few days, and upon leaving his home, he was observed displaying a firearm,” said MCSO in a news release.

If anyone has any information regarding Walker’s whereabouts, you’re asked to call 911 immediately. Deputies say since he is believed to be armed, you should not approach him if you spot him.
