OCALA, FL (352today.com) – UPDATE: The Marion County Sheriff’s Office says Kalsey Munoz has been found safe and thanks the public for sharing the information about her.
ORIGINAL: The Marion County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) needs help finding a 20-year-old woman who quit her job and disappeared.
Deputies say Kalsey Mitchell Munoz was last seen Tuesday, Sept. 26, just before 9 a.m. when her parents dropped her off for work at Dick’s Sporting Goods in Ocala.
MCSO says Munoz told her boss she was quitting and left in a dark-colored sedan. They say a family member received a text from her phone stating she was going to see family in South Florida. However, the family in South Florida has not seen nor heard from her.
Deputies say her parents received another text and then nothing else.
Kalsey is 5’1″ and was last seen wearing a green t-shirt and black leggings.
Deputies say Munoz has epilepsy and been diagnosed with other medical conditions for which she does not have her medication.
