DUNNELLON, FL (352today.com) – A Dunnellon home engulfed in flames sent firefighters to the rescue Saturday evening.
Marion County Fire Rescue (MCFR) crews responded to the 19400 block of Southwest 82nd Place Road after a caller informed them the home was on fire and people could be trapped.
After arriving at the scene, a little before 9 p.m., firefighters discovered the home was 70% in flames.

Firefighters from multiple stations responded and hosed water through the front door. Within thirty minutes, the fire was under control.
No injuries were reported, and the owner of the home was not present during the time of the fire, according to MCFR.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
