MARION COUNTY, FL (352today.com) – As Halloween approaches, communities are beginning to decorate and prepare for trick-or-treaters. That includes a variety of community centers, churches and businesses who are hosting “Trunk or Treat” events for kids and families to collect candy in safe environments, with some offering games, activities and other experiences. All of these Trunk or Treat events are free and open to the public, and some feature open registrations for local businesses and the community to offer their trunks and hand out candy to kids.
Trunk or Treat at Forest Community Center
- What: The Forest Community Center’s Trunk or Treat will feature activities such as games and a spooky house with music and food vendors for all ages.
