Marion County opens grant applications for substance abuse programs

MARION COUNTY, FL (352today.com) – Marion County agencies have the opportunity to apply for grant funding through the Marion County Alcohol and Other Drug Abuse Trust Fund.

A total of $25,000 is available to support qualifying programs focused on substance abuse prevention and treatment.

Funding will be awarded based on program longevity, success rates, the number of residents served annually, and available grant funds. Grants will be provided on a reimbursement basis for programs operating between Oct. 1, 2025, and Sept. 30, 2026.
