OCALA, FL (352today.com) – Three hiring fairs will be held to offer instructional positions in various grade levels and subject areas throughout Marion County Public Schools (MCPS) to qualified candidates, according to a news release from MCPS Director of Public Relations Kevin Christian.
The events will take place at the Klein Conference Center, located at the College of Central Florida, 3001 SW College Rd. in Ocala, on the following Thursdays:
- May 9, from 1-3 p.m.
- June 13, from 1-3 p.m.
- July 18, from 3-5 p.m.
The news release indicates that candidates who meet state and district teaching requirements can receive face-to-face interviews and conditional contracts on the spot.

MCPS says it’s looking for “dedicated and hardworking individuals who are interested in making a difference in the community.”
MCPS says candidates will have the opportunity to meet school administrators who are ready to hire, take advantage of networking opportunities, receive teacher certification information, enjoy refreshments and giveaways, and accept job offers for the 2024-2025 school year.
