The last time family members saw him they say King was with his girlfriend Tiffany Payne and they were reportedly walking in the 14200 block of SE 151st Place in Weirsdale.

MCSO is familiar with King. He’s been booked into the Marion County jail about a dozen times over the last two decades.

According to public records, King was most recently released from the jail on May 1, 2024. He spent nearly five months there on a variety of felony charges including domestic battery by strangulation and false imprisonment of an adult.

352today obtained the arrest report which indicates those charges stem from an argument with Payne. The report says that on December 18 authorities interviewed Payne at the Belleview Emergency Room. She told deputies King repeatedly punched her, hit her in the throat, as well as squeezed her throat until she could not breathe. The report indicates deputies observed that Payne had a variety of bruises and scratches including ones on her neck.

At the time of the report, deputies say King and Payne had lived together for about a year and that they were arguing due to them breaking up.

We asked the sheriff’s office if Payne is also missing. An MCSO spokesperson responded, “She has not been reported missing.”

If you have any information on King’s whereabouts, deputies ask you to call 911.
