Marion County Building Industry Association Announces 2025 Parade of Homes Winners

OCALA, FL (352Today) — The Marion County Building Industry Association (MCBIA) is pleased to
announce the winners of the 2025 Parade of Homes, a countywide showcase celebrating
exceptional home build and design.

MCBIA serves as the community’s resource for building needs and hosts the Parade of Homes
each year to highlight the work of local builders and partners. This year’s Parade showcased 30
homes, offering the community a way to tour new construction and see what’s trending in home
design. All participating builders were established MCBIA members.

“As an association, we want to open doors for the community, literally and figuratively,” said
Denise Alexander, Executive Director, MCBIA. “The Parade is a wonderful showing of the
quality and confidence our members bring to Marion County. It’s an invitation to be inspired.”

In addition to People’s Choice, Brije Homes earned top-category awards including Best Overall
Home, Best Bathroom Design, and Best Kitchen Design. They will also serve as Title Sponsor
for the upcoming 2026 Parade of Homes.
