MARION COUNTY, FL (352today.com) – Marion County Fire Rescue (MCFR) crews responded to a rollover crash involving one of their own ambulances, a pickup truck, and a bus.
MCFR says around 9 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 28, they responded to the intersection of SW 90th Street and SW 80th Avenue after they received several calls that an MCFR ambulance had been hit. They shared in a Facebook post that the ambulance was rolled over on its side while it was in the process of responding to a medical emergency.

MCFR firefighters from a nearby station immediately responded to the scene to give medical treatment to the patients in all three vehicles.
According to firefighters, MCFR transported 15 patients to nearby hospitals. MCFR says those patients included two firefighters, 11 special needs students on the bus, the bus driver, and the driver of the pickup truck. Three of the students had minor injuries and eight were transported to the hospital as a precaution.
