Gigi is a five-year-old red Lab mix currently waiting for her forever home at Marion County Animal Services. Affectionately nicknamed “No-Fault Gigi” by the MCAS staff, she’s loved by everyone who meets her- and for good reason. Her calm, gentle demeanor makes her an ideal companion, but don’t mistake her quiet nature for shyness. Gigi is incredibly people-oriented and thrives on affection and connection.
She’s also a social butterfly that plays well with pup friends, is non-reactive, and enjoys gentle, dainty play sessions. Wheater she’s playing out in the yard or lounging by your side; Gigi knows how to adapt to your pace.
While Gigi loves her treats, toys, and the occasional pup cup, Gigi’s biggest motivator is love. Give her a scratch behind the ears, and she’ll happily curl up on the couch, your lap, or wherever you are. If you’re the adventurous type, Gigi’s up for that too! She’s a great car rider, and thanks to her naturally photogenic charm, she’ll happily pose for a picture or two along the way.
Gigi arrived at MCAS as a stray back in mid-july and has been patiently waiting for her forever home ever since. She’s spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and completely ready to go home today!
