MARION COUNTY, FL (352today.com) – The Marion County Sheriff’s Office announced that the National Weather Service has forecast colder than usual temperatures for the 352 overnight from Sunday, Dec. 14 into Monday, Dec. 15, 2025.
Here’s what the National Weather Service has to say
- Much cooler weather is moving into the region Sunday afternoon and will continue into the early morning hours on Monday.
- Wind Chill Values will fall to the low and mid 30s late Sunday night and into Monday morning.
- Cold Weather Advisories are likely to be issued over the weekend.

Ocala’s local Salvation Army (Center of Hope location–320 NW 1st Ave., Ocala, 352-732-8326) is working with MCSO’s Emergency Management Division to ensure that those who need a place to go have one. The Center of Hope will serve a hot meal at 5 p.m., and check-in time for those who need shelter overnight is 6 p.m.
